Organic Dreamland Drift Tea

A gentle, relaxing blend to help you drift off to sleep.**

Ingredients:
Lemon Balm*, Orange Peel*, Passion Flower*, German Chamomile*, Lavender*

Passion Flower: Widely used today to treat anxiety and insomnia. Scientists believe passionflower works by increasing levels of a chemical called gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA lowers the activity of some brain cells, making you feel more relaxed. Native peoples of the Americas used passion flower as a sedative to promote sleep.

Lemon Balm: A member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, and more.

German Chamomile: Promotes relaxation and serves as a mild sedative to help with sleep.

Orange Peel: Used in this blend to lift and enhance the flavor.

Lavender: Since ancient times, lavender has been used to reduce symptoms and provide support for multiple conditions. Modern science has confirmed many of its health benefits, while others are still under investigation. Lavender calms the nervous system and promotes peaceful sleep.

Servings:
Loose Leaf - 1 oz (28g) net weight 
16 cups of tea using 2 tsp per cup

Loose Leaf - 2 oz (56g) net weight 
32 cups of tea using 2 tsp per cup

Instructions:
Shake contents to ensure even blend distribution. Bring water to a rolling boil (212°F). Pour 8 oz of water over 2 tsps of your organic loose leaf tea, cover, and steep for 7 to 15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with 2 tsps local honey (helps with seasonal allergies**) or sweetener of your choice.
