Instructions:
Shake contents to ensure even blend distribution. Bring water to a rolling boil (212°F). Pour 8 oz of water over 2 tsp of your organic loose leaf tea, cover, and steep for at least 7-15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with 2 tsp local honey or sweetener of your choice. Sip 1-3 cups per day or as needed.
