German Chamomile: Helps to soothe scratchy irritation by lubricating the throat. German chamomile contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatories which may reduce swelling and potentially help with tissue health and repair.

Ginger Root: Anti-inflammatory properties help reduce pain and inflammation. Ginger root contains antioxidants to boost the immune system and antimicrobial properties to fight the cause of sore throat.

Echinacea Purpurea: Active against the bacteria that causes strep throat and helps reduce the symptoms of sore throat.

Cinnamon: Anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties help soothe sore throat.

Nettle: Heals and tempers the soreness and inflammation of the mouth and throat. 

Peppermint: Helps loosen phlegm and breaks up coughs. It is soothing and calming for sore throats and dry coughs.

16 cups of tea using 2 tsp per cup
32 cups of tea using 1 tsp per cup

Instructions:
Shake contents to ensure even blend distribution. Bring 8oz of water to a boil. Pour over 1 to 2 tsps of your organic herbal tea, cover, and steep for 7 to 15 minutes. Strain and sweeten as desired. We enjoy 2 tsps local honey (or sweetener of your choice.)
